Adelaide photographer & writer Gary Sauer-Thompson has written a review of Mary Macpherson's book 'Old new World' on his Thought Factory site - see Critical writing about photography. He goes on to make some comparisons between the scenes in Adelaide and Wellington, with regard to photography and critical writing.

Gary dropped into Photospace earlier in 2015, had a chat and bought a couple of NZ photography books. His December 7th post 'Art photography in Wellington is also a good read.
