Artist bio
  • Certificate in Textile/ Fashion Design, 1977-78
  • 10 years working in theatre on costume design and construction
  • Bachelor of Design (Photography), Wellington Polytechnic/ Victoria University, graduated 1995
  • Master of Fine Arts, Elam University of Auckland, graduated 1998
  • Taught photography at a PTE, Auckland, before training to be a secondary school teacher
  • Post-Graduate Teaching Diploma, AUT, graduated 2006
  • Finalist In James Wallace art awards 1997,1998, 2001 and 2011
  • Finalist in Waikato contemporary art awards 2002, 2003
  • Currently: teaching Photography /Art at Tawa College since 2008.
